f*[{!N6 Paypal
Sold an item for £45 inc p£p and buyer paid within an hour via Payfraud. The "immediate
payment" notification was very shortly followed by an email from ebay saying "payment
pending, click here to claim you payment"
Been three days now and still no show in my account.
Try to contact the shysters is nie on impossible, any attempt to email results in multiple
choice selections with no relevance to the issue leaving a premium rate international call as the option

Have you sent the item?
Could just be an echeque waiting to clear or a new account set up. They have to verify the account then. If it is that itl take 7 days.

So what happens when you "click to claim your payment"? I've taken 1000's of Paypal payments - never had one I haven't
been able to see what's going on by checking either Ebay sold a/c or checking my Paypal a/c direct???
I no longer run Furore Products or Furore Cars Ltd, but would still highly recommend them for Acewell dashes, projector headlights, dominator
headlights, indicators, mirrors etc, best prices in the UK! Take a look at http://www.furoreproducts.co.uk/ or find more parts on Ebay, user names
furoreltd & furoreproducts, discounts available for LCB users.
Don't forget Stainless Steel Braided brake hoses, made to your exact requirements in any of around 16 colours.

Not an echeque, have spoken to the buyer and definately Paypal. He even cancelled and
retried and still no show.
Clicked the "claim" button and it just said "payment will be in your account soon".
Not sent the item yet as the buyer is going on holiday so not in a hurry for it and said
he will wait till it's sorted.

sadly its totally a sham, they did roll out a scheme that every now and then, with ebay transactions, they wouldnt release funds until positive
feedback was left by the buyer!
its a total farce, they ALWAYS go in favour of the buyer
ebay owns paypal and is just making up its own rules
I sold a riflescope on ebay, £700+ they took their very healthy chunk of commision, paypal took its chunk! then froze my account, said that its a
banned item and that use of paypal for this item contravened the rules
they froze my account and told me that they would be returning the funds to the buyer!!!
so ebay allow the sale, force you to take paypal, then ban you and hold onto the money, I spent near on £20 on phone calls, eventually I got them to
see sense and just hold onto the funds, they held it for 19 days, then unlocked my account, so I could withdraw the funds
account is now closed, although having said that I cant close it properly as buyers have up to 3 months for a chargeback!
they are something that I have terrible experience with and my rant will run to pages if I start LOL
heavy is good, heavy is reliable, and if it breaks, hit them with it

I have resolved the issued and the problem was I had changed my email address for
Ebay and it seems they by default send that new email to the buyer to pay me by.
But as that email isn't registered with Paypal the process grinds to a halt.
Fecking ridiculous

Hate paypal with a passion.
I sell stuff here and there, usually around £5-600 each. I dont make a lot on it. If paypal get in there and take their cut I make nothing! sometimes
I've even lost money on the transaction.
I can get buyers to do bank transfers which only costs a few pence per transaction but if they want to use their card its not possible without
subscribing to some 3rd party who want to charge me £20 a month for that facility. It's a hobby and have less than 5 sales a month so it's
not cost effective.
Everyone's out to take their cut
