Vandals??

I'm in Manila on business and am worried about goings-on around our area.

We live out in the sticks, and sometime on Wed night ('wheelie bins out night' ), some A***holes have dragged some of the bins (our next but one neighbour, and 2 farms along our road) into the middle of the road and set them alight. Completely burned out apparently and kn@ckered the tarmac good and proper.

It seems they only targeted farms/farm houses as ours and next door's didn't get touched even though they would have passed both doing the other ones!

Also, there were some of the alarms going off around the local farms as far as I can gather.

My worry is that we live right next to a couple of barns, and if one of those had gone up who knows what could have happened as they are full of new-mown hay!

I'm pretty worried about my wife and daughter being on their own whilst I am away.

I really am getting pi$$ed off with the amount of idiots out there. It's about time we brought back 'eye-for-an-eye'

It looks like the Midget is winning at the moment......

'Eye-for-an-eye' never went away.

Just don't get caught doing it...

Have you thought about some kind of neighbourhood watch scheme? I live up the end of a single track road with 7 houses along it and we've each got each others phone numbers. First sign of any trouble and everyone turns up to 'help out'. It pays to know your neighbours sometimes..!

Burning wheelie bins is the latest craze. We've just had a spate of it here and letters from the council advising against leaving the bins out.

Hide in the bin on bin day

yours, Pete

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.
