OT What was this advert for?

Does anyone remember an advert on tv for something where there was a couple and their child (played by an adult who was sitting on a giant rear car seat to make them look kid sized) I think it was something to do with estate agents perhaps?

In this particular one the kid is asking " are we ever going back there?, not ever? EVER?" to which the parents reply "no", then he says "good, so I won't have to give THIS back then!" s he pulls out a dog he's pinched

Anyone know what I'm on about?

I'm watching the top 100 ads on E4 now and the wife started on about it but we can't remember what it's for.

Cheers!
