OT simple DVD playback software windows &
In desparate need of some simple dvd playback software to run under windows 7 started tried 3 so far and non of them work. 
Tried win media player and that does not like it

if I had asked an hour and a half ago 
VLC downloaded and installed in 5 minutes and works like a dream is there anthing this forum does not know!!!! ????
