Any union experts on here?
Hi all,
At work our union secretary is a lazy bumbling buffoon of a man and a lot of the drivers want him out, what is the procedure for initiating a Vote of
no confidence and getting him hoofed out the way?

Nominate and vote for someone else at the agm.

Nominate someone as a second rep then at AGM vote in the new don't vote for the old
