Sounds like a couple of people made a mistake there, possible poor labelling?

Anyway, I personally wouldn't be inclined to condemn the whole organisation but can see how annoying it must be.

As some day it may happen that a victim must be found,
I've got a little list-- I've got a little list
Of society offenders who might well be underground,
And who never would be missed-- who never would be missed!

if you paid for a service and they dont delivery you can claim against late delivery.

its normally £50 but you can get more if you kick off with a valid reason you needed that parcel earlier.

hope that helps.

I bought a laptop which was consigned to them LAST Thursday. It sat in Honiton for a week. So much for 48hr express delivery. They wouldn't even apologies and blamed the sender even though it has been on their tracker since 11.30am last Thursday. I needed to install a map to an ecu by Tuesday using the new laptop. Tossers!

Only the sender can apply for compensation so if you are the recipient you have to claim from the sender who then MIGHT be able to get something back from the useless inept bunch of tw*ts!

I'll never use them again by choice if I can avoid it!

I'm so so not that bother TBH but it is the primicipal, paying for something that you do not get.

and yes, I blame everyone who is employed by PF, past PF employees and all the unborn who ewll end up at some stage in their life work for PF.

And TNT and those that work for them too.
