Any Drum and Bass fans in the SE fancy a big night out?

I've got a spare ticket to what is likely to be one of the biggest and best nights of DnB for a very long time, Hospitality at the Brixton Academy tonight.

They've sold out of 5000 tickets which most say something about the awsome line-up which includes Andy C, Danny Byrd and High Contrast.

9.30pm - 6am with an afterparty across the road if that's not enough for you!

I've got one spare ticket as my missus has a virus and can't come.

It wasn't as good as I hoped tbh, it was a 40 min queue to get rid of your coat, and the place was rammed.

We got in around midnight and the first few sets were very stop start, there was no real progression about it, which winds me up a bit. But Andy C was on top form, and Netsky followed and was superb as well, the night got better as it went on.

I'm glad I went, but really all the good DJ's play in Brighton anyway, so I wouldn't bother doing it again. And as good as Danny Byrd, London Elektricity and High Contrast are at producing, I prefer Logostics, Cyantific, Friction, Alex Perez, Nutone and Netsky when it comes to DJing as they tend to be deeper and more progressive.

Anyway, still danced till it finished at 6am, though we didn't make the afterparty, my legs had given out by then

Mate... I failed to see this post in time

The coat thing sounds like a typical London night out, although I seem to remember shivering outside many a Slammin Vinyl due to not wanting to queue for the bloody cloak room.......

Sound like you had a good rave though

Who was MCing with Andy?? Genuine Quality

Think it was Dynamite with Andy, whoever it was it was MUCH better MCing than the last few times I've seen him - the last few were really heavy and over the top, endlessly shouting out Andy C's name, like a don't know it already......

Maximum queue time in Brighton for your coat is about 5 minutes!!
