scam ...... helploan

some git seems to have used my details to borrow £300 with HELPLOAN .... The repayment is £513 ............ is the scam identity fraud or do they want me to ring a premium rate number or is the website dodgy ......... should i phone the old bill

Do a Google search for helploan they seem to be a well known scam outfit

even if someone did use your name and stolen your identety what would the chances of them knowing your email address, when you getletters coming at your door that is when you start to worry, i get emails from a bank saying someone has been using my account to buy crap to sort this out just fill this form in with your bankdetails, date of birth your name and your mums maden name and things like that! i havent had a bank account in about 7 years so i know its boiiox.

have a look at there website linky you can apply for a loan but then if you read the bottom it says you need to send 2 sms at £3 each to have the loan approved and at the same time they rob your bank details!!!

one more thing! if they did go to the website and fill in an application with your name and bankdetails and email address, shouldn`t the money of gone in your bank account or do they hand it to personaly or whos account did it go in!
