Security light
I know some people have had to rig up time delay sensors etc but this seems to have it all built in, a pir to turn on the light as well as video that
repeats onto a sd card, so the way I think it would work is if you wake up and see something wrong it, ie damage or a break in you can just go and
read the sd card. Hopefully it'll have something on it, maybe a cat in a wheelie bin!
Reckon with a bit of ingenuity at install the usb cable could be weather proofed and fed into the house through the wall with the power cable so the
sc card could be read from inside the house.
Seems like a decent bit of kit and with all the bits individually priced doesn't seem too bad in price.

Why not get an infra-red camera and some motion detection recording software?
Kindest Regards,

I just thought it sounded useful as it doesn't need to have the pc connected or on either.
I don't feel the need for one but just thought other on here may find it useful.

don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

It's not the 1.3MP that's the problem it's the lowly video rsolution of 320x240 that will make it next to unusable esp at night.
Nice concept though.
