OT All-in-one touchscrene p.c's
looking to pick one up for sub £600 for the family pressie this year, there are a few about and whilst i appreciate you can get better bang for your
bucks in a normal desktop without the touchscreen. its what we are after.
we only do general office stuff, email, surf and edit a few pics / vids. no hard core gaming, we have xbox's for that.
anyone seen any good deals, got any experience / suggestions

yes dont buy one, why do you need to touch the screen ?
its always dirty, kids dont undetstand how hard you need to touch them.
oh and i fix two or three per week where half the screen has stopped working.
to be honest cant see the point.
my advice look for a dell xps all in one.

Are you after a laptop or desktop PC ?

I'm after a Desktop Uncle Fista but I want all in one it's going in the dining room so want it nice and tidy, tv would be good but not
essential. Not sure about the touchscreen, it's probably a gimmick, would be happy to forego it for better spec but budget still stands
graemeck, the one in your link is over £800. I've seen touchscreen pc's for £579 with 4gb ram, 1tb rom, processor is not the best T4400
but would cope with what I need. I'm struggling to find many all in ones without touchscreen.
Any links guys?

How about something like this. It's small enough to secure/hide to the back of a monitor/TV and
if you get wireless keyboard and mouse they can be put out of sight when not in use.

not a bad suggestion but I was thinking of mounting it on the wall and using the wireless keyboard and mouse on the dining table.
