spotted a car today -wat was it?

Spotted a sliver left hooker today, it may have been a us mustang, it had this on the back

281 SVT and it had a name on the rear bumper SALEEN.

any ideas, it sounded really bloody nice too, running on (guess) 19-20 inch alloys too.

Also spotted a subaru imprezza with the reg SOOOBYE, and the 1st O had been doctored to make it look like a C, was a nice car too, all in al a good day - apart from my still banging hangover

Most likely a mustang saleen, which was a special edition. I guess tuned by saleen.
The S7 was a car built by saleen recently.

LOL An extract from the Saleen site, oh how I chuckled:

"For example, the Saleen S7 utilizes Brembo brakes from Italy as well as numerous high technology pieces from companies located in the Midlands area of the United Kingdom, a region that is to motorsports what the Silicon Valley is to computers. The S7 was wind tunnel tested at the University of Glasgow in Scotland."

Wonder if they stuck a few fag butts under the carpets like they used to at Leyland?

I believe it's the S7 with the "cam in block" technology.....

Not to be confused with a regular pushrod engine.......
