Newbie
Hi everyone, hope you're all well?
I'm new to the website, although not the kit car world... My Dad own's a Lomax 223 and I started to build a Locost, but I'm in the
military and I've had to move away from home, so unfortunately I'm going to have to sell the parts I've got and buy a built car
because I still want a kit car!
I'll hopefully have a post up for the parts soon, and I'll hopefully be in touch with anyone who's got a 7 style car for sale!
Chris

Hi Scootz!
I'm based in Oxfordshire, I used to live just north east of Birmingham with my parents...

Hello and welcome Chris
I sympathise with you moving around, been there seen it, done it. Thought I'd left it all behind when I demobbed, but I travel more with my
present company than I ever did in the mob
Still, managed to almost finish my locost so fingers crossed I might manage to get on the road for summer.
Good luck with whatever car you decide on
John
It looks like the Midget is winning at the moment......

Thanks, it is quite annoying moving around, but I'll be reasonably settled for 5 or 6 years now hopefully... other than the detatchments every
year...
I feel very welcome, thanks to everyone!

Detachments? You love it really, they've got to be better than Benson I was an armourer up North and there was a Locost at Lossie back in
2001. Do they still have car clubs going? We used to have an old hanger at Lossie and you could tie knackered cars to the doors and pull them straight

Admittedly they are better than Benson! There are still car clubs around, but they are very few and far between nowadays...
The door idea sounds like a good one, i'll remember that!
