That was a waste of an hour
just spent the best part of an hour cleaning my camera as the is a mark showing up when viewing on the laptop, couldnt get rid of the problem tried
another lens to see if the mark was on the sensor exactly the same gutted. then I opened microsoft word up to do something else. upon closing the
document guess what the same mark was on the screen aaaaaargh. Looks like some pixel damage on the laptop screen DOH

I read your other thread and wondered how you were going to get on with the lens.
If that were me I would have kept quiet.

no the lens does have something on it which needs removing and I will strip the lens at some stage. I picked another lens up today and checked the
images out on the laptop( normally do previewing on my pc) to find a mark so I was thinking I had another lens with muck on it to find it to be the
laptop screen on this occasion.

I had a problem with a blond who insisted on using baby wipes on everything..........windows, windscreens , computer monitors lappys ect
Wasn't half funny.... the payback for the smears on everything was when she used mr muscle wipes on a delicate piece of equipment
.......mmmmmm yes that thing...
