washing machine door seal
i need a new one but cannot find any mention of my model on the internet. Non of the pictures look quite right either! Do retailers ever change the
product code? Neither the part number on the seal or the model code get any hits with google.
Its a servis MV6510w.
Any ideas? Ta!

does it have any other name on the washer, i.e. a model name rather than number.
If you can't find out anything before Tuesday, let me know and I'll ask at my local spares shop, he'll know what the part number is
and how much.
Also I believe some parts are shared with Whirlpool

There was a shop in Kirkgate, Kirkgate Washers, who did all spares, just take the washer model number.
Another shop moved dowto Mabgate, near to Autella, who did bits too.
Failing that Bells on harehills Lane.

I'd contact espares as they have given me a first class service (no pun intended ) in the past and will be able to let you know exactly what
part no. your after and if they can supply it (at a good price too)

Normal is getting dressed in clothes that you buy for work and driving through traffic in a
car that you are still paying for - in order to get to the job you need to pay for the clothes
and the car, and the house you leave vacant all day so you can afford to live in it.

The machine may be a model made specially for sale only through Comet or one of the other big chains, ESpares can usually find an equivalent part.

Cheers for the help everyone, i'll call the local places and espares tomorrow and see what comes up.
I searched on here, its 6 years since i asked about the door seal on my last washer

i blame the wife, overfilling it! She puts so much in that it turns as one solid lump of cloth, with no tumbling!
BTW, servis are out of business and espare say that they have no parts for models after 2003.
