MK3 Fiesta Problems
My girlfriends MK3 (?) 'N' reg Fiesta is playing up- wonder if anyone has any suggestions as to what's wrong with it.
At idle if you blip the throttle, after you let the pedal return, the revs rise for a short period (~ 3 secs) before dropping back.
Also, when driving the revs rise on their own.
It's the 1.1lt HCS engine and is the single-point injection version.
She's nagging me to look at but other than checking the throttle cable itself isn't sticking (it isn't) I don't know where to
look next.
Thanks for any help!
James

Thanks mate!
Will give it a go Sunday. Is it a case of cleaning up the valve or should it be replaced?
Thanks,
James
