eBay non-payment. How long should I wait?
I sold some stuff on eBay for the other half last Sunday. A week and a day later, one item hasn't been paid for. I've sent an invoice
and a friendly reminder. Should I mark her for non-payment and go for a second chance offer or wait a little longer. I haven't heard a peep
from her.

Give it another message, and another week. You never know what's happened to them

Think you have to wait 21 days if you start a complaint

A week is long enough to wait with no replies, customer service isnt high on the list of a lot of ebay sellers, but they dont like a paypal complaint
up them...
Another email, asking for a response, give it a day and paypal them...
No excuse for ignored emails.

Don't waste your time hanging about, if they really wanted the items they would have contacted you, tell them to swivel, give them bad feedback,
complain and re_advertise.

OK, thanks. I'll give them another day, just in case they've been away for a week. Tomorrow I raise a non-payment with eBay.

Non-payment raised this morning and payment received within 4 hours. Now I'll wait for the "item not received" complaint.

Refund the payment and cancel the sale, that way at least you'll have the item and no money, rather than neither.
Even signed for delivery doesn't work, our relief postman signed my name on an item, then was surprised when I raised a complaint.
