Sending a Parcel to Russia?
Hi All
I've selling something small on eBay (eBay - The UK's Online Marketplace ) and I've been asked if I can send to
Russia. It looks like customs are a nightmare and probably not worth the grief but I thought I'd ask on here - what do you think?
Regards
Wyn

I've sent about 5 items to Russia with no bother. 3 of them were sent as separate packages at the same time and all actually arrived within 3
days of each other!
However, I've had packages get lost or "lost" on several occasions when shipping internationally (Malaysia, Portugal, Italy, Turkey
etc.) so I'm always wary and tend not to do it anymore.

If you put in your add uk postage only as i always do, and the guy wins your auction, its his problem not yours
I sold a couple of bits on fleabay earlier this year, and the guy that won the items lives in Germany, and got realy quite nasty about the fact i wont
post to Germany, for whatever reason
also the cheaky runt refused to write in english so i had to google his replies to translate My emails were in english just to wee him off
eventualy the items got sent to a uk address of a friend of his, but it all took a good few weeks to sort
I will not for any reason post abroad, seen and heard of to many "items did not arrive" fairytales

just a thought - suggest that he send a courier to collect it.

Thanks for all the responses and suggestions.
It's a 20 quid item which I would let go for £15 so it's not worth the grief of trying to send it to Russia!
Cheers
