anyone know about bosch washing machines
im having trouble with my bosch maxx 5 washing machine. the other day i tried to open the door about half hour after the wash had finished but the
handle would not open the door. so i did what any man would do and pulled it harder until it opened. when the door opened a small plastic part which
held the handle to the locking mechanism broke off. meaning the only way to open the door was to use a screwdriver to depress the spring to open the
door which i have been doing for a week or so.but now it just wont work at all.it wont start to fill, and therefore is not even starting the cycle.
any ideas?

The door lock is interlocked to the cycle controller.
That means that the machine thinks the door isn't shut so it won't start. Try jiggling the door up and down, or giving the door lock a bit
of a thump. It's only a microswitch which isn't making contact. Your poking around with a scewdriver has probably done a bit of damage to
the locck.
