It looks funny but I lost the plot after about 5 minutes and there was a LOT more to read, anyone fancy summing it up for me?

a guy was selling a laptop on ebay US, someone offered to buy it outside ebay with an escrow service. he realised that the escrow service was fake, and set about lashing the chap via import taxes. so he made a fake comp out of a level arch ring binder, mailed it to london and the chap ended up paying about $300 in import duties!

that misses out the funny part about having his friends scout out the delivery address (a barbers salon) and them watching the parcel arriving, and filming it all!

Genius!

Nice one for the link Joel. I'd heard about this story but it's good to see it from the horses mouth!

Cheers,

James
