I watched the clip,there was a freeway chase a bit of bumping a lane hop.
Did i miss something or am i just hard to please,i'll have to watch vanishing point tonight

Crown Vics have Fords 280 hp V8, I'm sure this mustang was the 180 hp V6, the police cars have no problem keeping up with them.
Bob, if you didnt see the amazing stunt driving he did then you need to go back and rewatch the entire thing, the guy drives as if he's in a
movie, great control.

and the tyres are kind of shagged.... and then we hit him in the drivers side which maybe did a bit of damage.... and then pushed him sideways into
the kerb so the axles are broken...
.... but you'll be pleased to know he stopped very rapidly when he slammed sideways into a pillar..."

"But hey, I made it onto Cops and the guy'll get 6 months before coming out and doing it again to feed his habit so all in all a

The gung-ho methods of american police never fail to amaze me with their incredible dangerousness. Spinning out a car on a busy freeway?! WTF?!
Not sure if the "Protect" part of "Protect and serve" is really very appropriate.

no sorry must be me,i've had more interesting journeys from work in the rush hour.( From southall across heathrow airport to staines can be to
say the least eventfull)
anyway i got my fix watching vanishing point and then french conection so i'm allright now

Yeah but if they let him get away with it then they would have been saying 'sorry we couldn't find your car sir but at least you were
insured and the guy might not come back for your replacement !! '
The person lost their car both ways so no gain there, but the scum that stole it won't do it again for a while !!

Er, surely equal friction from all four tyres and a 500kg? weight advantage at the front would naturally take the front to the front, so to speak. The
only reason it stopped spinning was cos the tyres lined up with the direction of travel.
When I was young (15), I used to reverse me ma's Mini quite quicky, spin the wheel and chuck it into first. Perfect 180s
Another thing to bear in mind was that he was probably only doing 55!

The Mustang in the clip is a six cylinder! It's missing the "5.0" badge that indicates it will out-run a Crown Vic (poor, stupid car
thief). Yes, too stupid to be on the streets anyway...The new Mustangs (5.0) are quite fast by the way..
I'd rather have a bottle in front of me than a frontal labotomy...
