Well according to the hints on beating it I should be ok. I started running again with guys from work and I've upped my kickboxing training. And I don't need to worry about the light in a dark room as I have 400w of strip lights in the garage and managed to get facial sunburn from welding on Monday!

Ok, so I'll have broken bones, bruises and skin cancer but atleast I won't be depressed!

Thanks !

Yes, it does

It was the only bit of the last job that I liked in the end........ It goes back Friday afternoon - I could have kept it till end of June, but decided that i would rather have the cash equiv as part of my package from my last employer, than a beemer. Well, if its my money

My new employer doesnt 'do' company cars, so thats the first time in 21 years I wont have one. But I do get a decent cash allowance, but not beemer money - especially when I would be on a 30k miles a year lease.

So, I bought a car. Hate looking for cars. Can never get what you want cos its got to be good on fuel, good for the family, good for accidents, blah de blah. So, you buy summat sensible, not fun.

So..........

as of tomorrow, I will be driving a Renault Laguna Sports Tourer 1.9 DCI Extreme. 04 reg with 6k on the clock.

Or, in short, a renault diesel estate.

Still, rather have a car downgrade and an enjoyable job than a Beemer and a crap job.

The new job will also have the huge benefit to the group that I will only post in the nighttime now - Joel can catch me up !
