heated jackets and gloves

I want to buy a heated jacket/gillet to help keep me warm. ANy suggestions for one that works OK and won't break the bank?

Also, heated gloves. In the very cold weather (and skiing) I get really painful hands, even with good gloves and inners. OK, the air temps will be well below zero, but I am after some heated inner gloves I can add when neccessary. Some are well over £100, down to a pair of hand shaped elements for a few quid off fleabay. Again, anybody got ideas/recommendations? (when skiing I often use mittens to help with shared finger warmth, but the pain gets bad enough I have trouble using my hands at all.

Looks like I can build my own USB power banks, or are there good, fair priced ones out there?

Not sure, but whatever it is it is not great.

I think I will buy some cheapo glove elements and give them a go. Looking around at amazon reviews most of the cheaper heated gloves just heat the palm or back of hand, not the fingers.
