Why Le Mans looks, not F-1?
Although F-1 cars are supposedly best for the track, today track-day car designs (Radical, Ultima, Westfield XTR, MK GT-R, TAD LMP, whatever) have a
different look, clearly Le Mans influenced. The most noticeable difference is probably the wheels (bodywork covered / exposed). Why is F-1 looks good
for aerodynamics in an F-1, but bad in one of these track day cars? In other words, why is Le Mans looks good for aerodynamics in a track-day car, but
bad in a F-1?
There must be a good reason for this, otherwise these uncompromised track-day / racing cars would look more like:

(Note the Dragon F-1 is in fact a two seater.)

f1 style would probably have to be a single seater! this could be the reason, as singles will not sell as well as 2 seaters - the main point is
scaring friends!!

Open wheels are bad for aero, the FI cars are open wheel because the rules say they must be openwheel.
