Welcome home Tim.
I think the quote goes something like 'same threads, different day.' or something like that (allegedly)

Hi too...
Glad your back... I bought one of your Cams for my Rover V8. (Viper Hurricane)
I have a good diet, Got it from my Doctor.
Lost 7 lb last week, and 3 so far this week.
Its not for the feint hearted.
you can only eat the proscribed food / meals, and NOTHING else.
Its the British Heart Foundation diet, for people with heart conditions, who need to loose a lot of weight quickly.
Not much has worked for me over the last 5 years. This seems to work.
Diet for 3 days, Exactly as per the sheet.
Other 4 days eat very sensibly, no pigging out etc.
I was 19.5 Stone, and am 17st 12Lb this week, I lost a stone before Xmas, but seemed to be static... This has got it shifting again.
I think the key to weight loss, is a lifestyle change of your eating habbits.
Cut out the bread, and bikkies. (except the hob nobs when working on the Viento or the Landy).
Talk to your Doc before doing this one, its a bit severe!
Have fun..

2. Never take life seriously. Nobody gets out alive anyway.
Best Regards

Define 'pigging out'
This diet sounds good, whats it called?
Ive put on nearly 3 stone in the 4 years i have worked in an office (was a gardener up until i had a back injury that put me of work for 6 months).
Dont get alot of chance for excercise, so a strict diet is needed, but i like my food too much.
(mothers meeting material or what? )
