cheers richard.
two houses in the HU3 area. one needs a new flat roof to the rear (the usual bathroom extension), both need the gutters refixing and downpipes
replacing. Ive not seen them myself, these are the comments of a council housing inspector.
one needs a full set of windows, either cheap DG or normal glass.
the stuff like new door etc im gonna sort myself, just the window lark is too much to learn so fast.
any ideas? cheers.

Van Hoogstraten
If you abide by his principles I wouldn't even consider doing work for you. Sorry Joel. I hope Rackman is not your role model.
yours, Pete
I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.
