F1 Big Rons driver choice
Suspect Big Ron must be feeling tempted to go to Red Bull and ask for DC back in exchange for Montoya

IMO Montoya is the most overrated driver in F1 history. Everyone seen this? I've run it about twenty times now and the juvenile in me keeps on
laughing his ass off!

Maybe if he would have looked where he was going instead of grinning at Bernie.

montoya may be overrated in F1 but if you followed him - as i did - in indycar (cart) you would have a different opinion.
Still, remember how well andretti did in 1993? I was at two races and i didnt see him come round on either as he didnt get that far round a fist lap.
got first points on race 13 then chucked.
some people just dont make the transition.
Zanardi was the same. fantastic in cart, less than average in F1

As an aside did you see M.Brundle get through to Bernie today. Or should that be GET TO Bernie. They seem to wind each other up like a couple of ex
lovers i think.
What do you think?

JYS is challenging for Max Mosley's job with Martin Brundle as his number two -- if it happens it will be the end of the just too comfy
division of power between Bernie and Max -- ( which always struck me as an unlikley almost sinister partenership ! ).
Bernie makes me think the character Milo Minderbinder in "Catch 22" only good thing, as for Max lets not even go there.

again, villeneuve was fantastic in indycar / cart.
dont overlook the fact that jaques is 1997 F1 champ.
but since then, hes not done much, admittedly.

Villeneuve's career has gone in reverse from pole and a near win in his first F1 race to.........well.........now. Jackie and Martin would be
excellent in the F.I.A. top jobs (but don't they both have alot to do with the B.R.D.C at the moment?) Does this mean we'll lose Brundle
from the ITV commentary he makes James Allen bearable?!

Whilst I agree with the idea, unfortunately it was this sort of sentiment which drove Beverley away from F1. I loved the way she made Murray Walker
speechless while he thought about spending time with her in the back of a motor home.

Martin is excellent --- a true expert with knowledge in depth.
James Hunt In his days working with Murray ammazed me I realised after a couple of races he knew sweet FA about the technicalities of the sport ---
he was a terriffic F1 driver but unlike Lauda he was such complete natural he didn't need to understand the technical stuff and was just too
lazy to bother anyway .
