Kit Car Crisis CRISIS

Aaaaarghh!!! I set the recorder to tape Saturdays instalment of Kit Car Crisis but it wasn't shown. Just checked the repeat episode and found it was on last night. I have been religiously recording each episode and unless its repeated again in the week I will be missing this episode
Don't suppose anybody recorded it and fancies lending it to me to copy????

Sorry I didn't record it.
But IIRC Tuesday is the 1st showing, Saturday is the repeat showing...so perhaps it may be recording Tuesdays is a safer bet?

It *was* the other way round - Saturday was a preview.

this week they seem to have swapped around and the coming Saturday's Sky schedule is showing it as being a repeat of last night's

(I also missed it last night and have now set Sky+ to record both Tues&Sat)

i missed it last night and it looks like steve is right. i previously used to watch on a saturday as it was ahead of the tuesday one. but this week it seems to say 'gear+fire extinguisher' which a matey says was the one on last night. handy, that!

He seems like an ordinary bloke. Quite nice but a bit thick. He hasn't done his home work and his skills don't extend beyond the basic use of a hammer. Not that I'm much better but I can drill holes for rivnuts in a straight line and I do measure things before cutting.

I hope I make less of a mess than he is doing.

Look upon it as a "How not to do it" tutorial!

Aaargh!

I watched my recording of last night's programme just now - or the first half, anyway. I gave up, and I won't bother with the rest, it's just too annoying.

For example, did anyone notice the state of the welding on the gearchange linkage? Absolutely horrible! Even when I started welding I would never have accepted that piece of work - I would have started again. I presume that piece was professionally made, as well!
Just one of many worrying things...
Sigh.

Nicked this picture from pistonheads, they have a fairly long thread about Kit Car Crisis, and it's not overly flattering!

However:
