Lost UK postage package
Anyone ideas how i could fix this?
In march this year i sended an package from Spain to the UK.
To rally Design Limited...
I payd 30euro's for it it was fast and you needed to sign for recievement....
But now the package did not arive, and the spanish computer say that the package left spain...(long time agoo)
has anyone ideas what i can do?
do you have a number to ring the UK postage service? because the f**king package should be somewhere?
the value of the package whas high enough to start searching (2 HELLA's!!).
Normal after an package has lost it comes to the owner again (sender).... but this time it is soow long ago?
any one ideas??

So...you posted it secure delivery with insurance, and the parcel company doesn't have proof of delivery.
Surely it should (just) be a case of claiming off your parcel company's insurance policy?
I say (just) because life's never that simple.

Odds are there is normally insurance associated with signed shipping. Not always a lot, though.
If you've got the receipt / tracking number, then you should be able to work out which service you used and from there find out any compensation
schemes, either from the website or by calling up and pretending you want to ship something and asking what the cover is.

The postage people u used should be able to tell you who took it over when it got here. Find out and chase them up. If its royal mail u may be
able so find out something on there site.#
Royal mail site
U can link to parcel force from there to who may have it if its a largish package.

On the internet site from the spanish postoffice it states that it has arrived in england (by plane)
then they say: waiting for info from destination service....
but that info didn't come...
Will u2u the ref number ok?
and the site...
