I was waiting for that - fortunately I was sat in the passenger side reaching over to the drivers side as the windscreen pillar got in the way!
OR
I just turned around the camera in the policecar I was driving and took the picture. Isn't technology brilliant!
OR
The lights had just turned to green when he drove past me and crashed into my rearview mirror so I was actually stood outside the car taking the
picture through the windscreen.
OR
It was taken by the PDA/camera dashboard mounted thing and my hands never left the wheel!
