Most paint changes colour with heat, its getting it to change back that is the problem.

What do you put on the log book? Jun-Aug Red, Sept-Jan Greenish blue, Feb- May Yellow.

Actually, we used some paint on our Indy that changes colour with heat. The non-contact areas on our discs were painted yellow. We found that after a
good run out with rear brakes slightly binding, that the paint turned from yellow to brown
