Shame I can only get Freeview
No I think Mark Evans is very good. His 'A car is born' really got me into Kit Cars.
Cheers

I've only got terrestrial I bought his 'is born' series off ebay recently, mainly for the westfield and cobra builds, and the
e-type restoration. Found it interesting and funny, I think he's great.

It wasn't until I saw "Kit Car Crisis" that I realised just how good Mark Evans is at presenting...

Loved the helicopter build
If any kit manufacturer could come close to the quality of that kit i would be amazed.
To be honest the kit quality (from what you could see in the programme) was superior to a lot of 'proper' helicopters i have worked on!

My brother also worked on helicopters in the RAF - I believe the quote is...

A chopper is born, was a very good series, however, i think speeding it up so much may have provoked a lot of people to start, and realise how long it
took (it took him 6 months working for 14 hours, monday to friday )
A racing car is born was definately a good promotion of the kitcar industry as unlike kit car crisis, actually showed how much fun it was to drive and
build a westfield (built in less then a fortnight). And the fact that an SVA may avoid problems that the other guy encountered in Kitcar crisis.
This series looks to be another one along the lines of a car is reborn.
Will be watching.

I actually found 'a 4x4 is born' to be quite informative.

YAY! Mark Evans back on the box. I have met him and he's as mad as he is on the telly.
I'm watching 'A race car is born' for the umpteenth time ready for my next MK build
Most Haunted and 2 episodes of An MG is born...what a great night of telly

I never heard him mention his wife.... By the way it's not usually the arse they have to explore I'd like to get paid for doing the
stuff he does but I'm still not overimpressed by him.

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

In the ad for his new series he said that he has never owned or worked on an MG...
He has!!!
He helped restore an MG the same as he is doing tonight on the Dream Machines programme!!!!
Still a top bloke though.
