Filmed out by Vaaldam in the ol Transvaal.....
Shut the roads off my rs! that was normal driving out there. Stay off the main highways and the cop are scarce. Only to be found set up with the gatso for the breakfast runs. On the best roads and advertised route.....
Nice test dont think you would get away with that in blighty other than on the Isle of man. The other thing is that these bike`s were down on power as the test was conducted at six thousand feet above sea level so they still have more grunt than you think.

Just been reading PPC's article on bike engines and it says there that the Busa has 175 bhp @ over 10.000 revs, but the ZX12R knock out 178 bhp @ just 9.800.
I honestly didn't realise the two were so evenly matched in terms of performance but the real shock is the difference in price, the ZX12R is a draction of the price.

Not true, it has merely grabbed attention earlier, and is larger capacity... oh and dont forget that torque..

They are both fragile...

well the few people i have spoke to love the zx12 engine ,i might even have one in my next kit ,but they have all been on there second engine,as far as im aware all the gsxr engines are proven as bullet proof but kawaski's can only dream of such a reputation
