Video Camera Mount

Can anyone point me in the direction of something to mount a video camera to my roll bar?

I did search, but could not find it.

Hmm think I'd want something a little more substantial than that for hooning around a track. Not bad for 7 squids though.

We have some kit from these guys, nice chap too - not cheap but will mount to any position and with the ball attachement, which we have, any angle too! Brilliant and solid piece of kit. Will grip upto 2" tube!

For a bullet cam it's perfect. A lad on PH used it at VMax. 150 mph with a bulletcam and it was solid.

Looked Neds thread. Expensive when you trash a digital camera! There never was an answer there about vibration.

I suppose one of the kids could do it

Best not put them on the bonnet though

Scaffolding clamps

yours, Pete

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

Ned - when you say Camcorder, do/did you mean the new DVD cam's or the tape one's. I have got a DVD one and wouldn't think about putting that on anything which could sustain vibration. For car recording we use an old DV Tape one - the older one's seem to have more substance to them. Just a thought...
