Useful Books
my birthday is fast approaching, well the back end of next month, but was thinking instead of the usual knick nacks that you usually end up with from
birthdays, i could request some books.
staniforth's race and rally car sourcebook comes high on the list, as so many of you mention it in the topics that i don't comment on,
simply because i don't know about, but is there anything else that you'd reccommend?
also, from amazon, it appears you can get more than the current (4th) edition. is this the one to have, or should i chase one of the earlier ones?
cheers gents

Tune to win, Prepare to Win, and Engineer to Win by Carroll Smith, & Lotus Seven: Restoration, Preparation, Maintenance by Tony Weale (not sure if
that one is still in print; my copy has had the print read off of it)
Cheers

He has a 'Screw to Win', also.
About what fasteners to use, of course, not pre-race psyche

Try and get a copy of Driving Ambition, the official story of the McLaren F1 - fantastic book, and having paid the amazon price I was p***ed off to
see Chater and Scott selling it for £19.99 - bargain at that.
