Keeping up appearances

3 couples were sat round a table in a hotel, for
breakfast. Australian, American and English. The
Aussie guy says to his wife " Could you pass the
sugar,sugar?"
The American says to his wife "Could you pass the
honey,honey"
The English guy, listening to all this and not wishing
to be outdone says to his wife "Pass us the milk you
fat cow!"

it was "pass the bacon, pig" when I last heard it... and I'm sure it was an Irish guy making the request back then as well.
