How old is your car
Came across this while surfing. Thought i might be useful as a quick reference to car ages.

(From August 83 onwards the year letter was the first letter of the number plate, example: A 123 ABC)
(From March 99 the year letter changed twice per year, in March and September)

if anyone doesn't know what year their car is then they shouldn't be on the bloody road!!!
built a car, built a home, had a family. lost the family, lost the home, still got the car.

My sad admission is that I can remember what the year of a plate is just by looking at it - all the way back to '63.
