Farewell everyone!

I'm off to Australia tomorrow so thought I'd say goodbye to this good old forum! I'll try to get on here fairly regularly but it certainly won't be every day like it is at the moment Thanks for all the advice and help, good luck to everyone still building, and those with finished cars - enjoy!

I should be back in 6 months or so, so I'll see you all then and I can start planning my next project too...

Enjoy the winter, I'll think of you when I'm on Bondi beach on christmas day

Bye for now,

Pete

PS My car is still for sale if anyone's interested

Very best of luck and watch out for those kangeroos, they can get frisky you know!

Thanks guys, I'm sure I'll have an awesome time! Good advice for christmas day, I'll be on the beach with a barbie and some beers, would probably make ideal shark bait....

See ya Pete. Learn to say " good on ya Cobblers" and all that. Are you going on a course to learn bar work? (Al Murray reference)

yours, Pete

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

Not on Bondai beach you won't. They've apparently banned beer & BBQ's ...
Bloody killjoys - they're everywhere - even on the other side of the world

Envy you the change of pace though. It's supposed to be way more laid back than the UK. Drop in and tell us all about it when you get there, OK?

Cheers
Richard

Cork hat is top of my shopping list for when I arrive, want to blend in with the locals...

Xmas day is on Bondi, not best pleased about the no beer or BBQs rule! Will have to do that somewhere else before we go there. Cost me £25 for the pleasure too!

I'll let you know how things are going. Unless of course I get so swept up in the laid back lifestyle I can't even be bothered to find a computer
