global warming & things........
Is it country wide or is it just our local council that is providing loft and cavity wall installation at cut prices and in most cases free.
We are getting it FOC due too having an under 16 in the household.

I think you can get a reduced price through pretty much all councils now.
Our student house was done last year, and that was free.
We ours done at home several years ago, and only paid about 40% of the total cost, the rest was subsidised.

My old dear's going to have it done free because she's old.
Can't fault it, the house will be nice and warm for me when she pops her cloggs.

I thought exactly the same thing.
You never know tho.... the avatar of the bike on its side - a guy I used to work with for several years (i gave him the job) died today in a bike
crash. He was only 35.
