You need to make the image smaller otherwise all the ppl on modems (me included) will have to wait hours to download.
You can change the size in any good image manipulation software eg Paint Shop (www.jasc.com). JPEG is fine (and will offer best image size per
kbyte). Any probs drop me an email.

Reducing the 'canvas size' of the jpeg is not the only way of reducing the size- it's also worth considering altering the compression ration of the
picture as you save it. The greater the compression the greater the reduction in quality but I've reduced files by 50% or so and as long as the
picture is clear you can still see what's going on. You can still read text with reduction as far as 75%.
The best it probably a balance of the two.
Hope that helps,
James

Bob, you need to be logged into the message board before going to the photos section. If you are, you will see 'logged in as...' in the top left of
*this* page. If you don't see that, hit the login link, enter your username and password and then try the photos page again (browse button should be
there)
Hope that helps!

Have u got cookies enabled in your browser? If you see the 'logged in as' thing at the top the upload button will be there!
What system are you using? ie Windows/Mac and what browser (netscape/IE/opera etc)

What do you see to the right of where it says
'You can add your own pictures to the gallery automatically' on the photos page? Is it asking you to log in?
