Proud Dad........
Nothing too do with locost but I'm gonna share it anyway.......
Just back from Donnington, stock hatchin with my son,
Qualified 17th out of 72, 6th in class overhaul but 2nd in class during his session which was the 1st one of the day on a damp track, also set a new
personal best during qualifying.
Had a bad heat, (my fault went wrong way on set up for a wet race) but still made final.
Final, started 26th on grid, finished 15th setting another personal best lap time.
Well proud, like I said nothing too do with locost but that chuffed I had too write about it.

saw you up there today, thought about coming to say hi but figured you wouldn't have a scooby who i was!
your lad seemed to cope well with the massive understeer he was getting that i could see up at redgate and he certainly had a better race than the
guys i was up there with, colin thorpe in the yellow xr2i got shunted off on about the 3rd lap by the woman driver in the first race then his lad andy
ditched it in the gravel in his race!
not a bad day considering the weather!
well done to you both.
built a car, built a home, had a family. lost the family, lost the home, still got the car.
