T70 review

Evening all,
Popped into the local WH Smiths today to look for the kit mag with the Lola T70 on the front. Only problem being I couldn't find it. Don't suppose anyone remembers/knows which of the mags it is, as it will form part of the arguement for persuading swmbo to let me have one!

Yes totalkitcar is the one November/December issue (vol3 num4)

You can buy it off the www.totalkitcar.com site (there's a picture of the front cover there), but I got it from my local newsagent, though not all have it.

And yes if you buy all the bits new from GD in a caterham'esk view of kit building they cost £35k+

Thank you squire! Yup, hoping to come in for way under that though! I have absolutely no intention of buying anything ore than I have to, and preferably not from GD, as their prices are a bit much for my tastes! I'm not paying £450 for some flat ally panels, or £480 for a steering rack and track rod ends! Their basic kit comes to £22,500, and I intend doing much less than that! I'm aiming for £12-15K with the rolling chassis being £8K of that!

You can try Tesco - that's where I got my copy (my local store is getting pretty good with mags now - they sell Kit Car mag and Total Kitcar)
