Top Gear Last Sunday

On Top Gear 24 hour BMW had "Larseson Buscuits" and "Penistone Oils on the sides of the car.

Did anyone else notice that in a couple of shots with the doors open one side read Peni5 and the other Ar5e.

How do they get away with it

I picked up on the "P***S" in the word before they opened the doors but didn't see the "A**E BISCUITS" till they were open...

Been busy this week and missed the first part of the show so didn't see it until later.

Just watched the bit where they have both doors open and Clarkson says "I just think we are going to look ridiculous"

Guess that's one episode that won't be on UKTV Clarkeson or whatever it's called these days.

I saw "Ar5e biscuits" and giggled for the rest of the show but didn't notice the Penistone side with the door open.

Shame Keith Allen was a kn*b.

The race was epic. Absolutely great TV.

eh? what about Perry McCarthy?

With his book: 'My Life as The Stig' I thought it was pretty well assured it was him.

If The Stig actually did change then doesn't that trash the validity of the lap times chart?

Cheers,
James

EDIT: syntax correction

Perry McCarthy was the original black stig.
The white stig is rumoured to have been a number of people over the years.

You might say that, I couldn't possibly comment.

There are a number of stigs, various racing drivers.

This is confirmed by somebody I know (most on here will know who I am on about) who might have recently met somebody in white overalls and helmet etc to do some filming around a well known track, and which might have caused the BBC to threaten legal ection hence my guarded phrases!!

see here:

Top Gear Lap Record Destruction!!

Yes ok the Caparo was quicker but it fell to bits, you can't buy one and you can't use it on the road, and yes, the ultima will go over a speed bump with ease!
