Are blacktop and silvertop ignition plug caps the same? I've a blacktop, but an earlier coil, and a cobbled together set of leads, which are probably contributing to a rough idle.
Just checking if the caps are the same length?

IIRC i dont think the standard blacktp leads fit the earlier coil pack?

Yep I know the coil ends are different, its the plug end.

Using early coil and leads on a blackie.
