i have just fitted a set of titan roller rockers to my 1660 x flow and have found that the back of the rocker arms are touching the std steel rocker cover on full lift. has any one else experienced this. i have considered panel beating rocker cover to achive clearance but how much clearance do i need and you cant see how much clearance there is once the cover is on. any suggestions other than fit alloy cover as my upgrades list is allready bigger than my bank balance. thanx m.
On the cheap i would fit two gaskets lol.
But seeing as you have forked out for roller rockers, id go the whole hog and fit an alloy cover!
can you tell me why you fitted titan roller rockers ???????????????

Roller rockers require an alloy cover. You can pick them up for £20 used. "Why spoil the ship for a halfpence worth of tar..."
Mike. its not height thats the problem its the back of the rocker arm just above the ball shaped bit on the bottom of the adjuster on full lift the
rocker arm touches the side of the cover ----------------------------------------------
