Anyone know where i can get a diagram of the webber twin 40's we have just fitted and managed to get running on pinto, that will show me how to
do basic adjustment as they are running very rough and rich and will not tick over under 1200 rpm.
This will allow me to be able to drive it to get it tuned by local ish garage.
I have fitted a filter king fuel reg and this appears to be a bit below the 2.7psi have had recommended at present, even after adjusting the reg, but
that i do not think is the prob at present.
Cheers
Adjustments pretty limited to be honest! You need to whip the inspection covers off the top and see when jets you have fitted, someone on here will be
able to advise you some ballpark jets you can buy if you give a good description of your motor.
Thanks
Shaun
This site has loads of exploded diagrams, heres the one for 40s

When I set mine up to get me to the rolling road, I used a guide from a book (one about engine management) this seems to be taken straight out that
book.
