What colour should i paint my main block/crankcase, ive got hammerite black, high temperature silver paint, but might be persuaded to go and buy some metallic purple or something!

bearing in mind this will be painted over some existing black paint and some rusty stuff.

thanks al

Do it oil leak and road dirt grey... or just leave it for a few miles

The silver will go with everything and not make it look fat.

My engine is a Toyota so I painted it Ford Blue! Obvious really.

Seriously I use VHT Engine Enamel high temp paint. Cures to a harder finish when you run the engine. They have a large selection of colours including Hot Pink!
