Right, about 4 years ago I refitted the rocker cover on my pinto with handy bolts.
Turns out one of them (a countersinky one) wasn't stainless.
Needless to say, it's rusted to buggery, and I have no way to get it out.
Suggestions?
What sort of bolt is it? Hex head?

A sharp strike with a hammer also gets things moving and dousing with penetrating oil.
If worse come you worse and it shears off it not the end of the world, grind the top flat, dot in the middle and drill out, just watch the swarf and
grindings stay outside the engine.

As said a few clouts with a hammer and drift directly on the top should help . If it shears then weld a nut onto the remains if you can. The heat will help to shift it. Having seen loads of peoples attempts to drill out broken bolts I would suggest practice on something scrap before trying on your head. Do not try Easiout extractors , the best place for them is in the bin.

Some caress with hammer and drift got me nowhere
Welded a nut onto the head, broke a spanner and crushed the nut.
Will try a bigger nut tomorrow, maybe stick a bolt into it to stop it crushing.
what fun. 
M12 nut welded to the remains of the bolt (and filled with weld) did the job nicely.

That's the thing, it was barely done up originally and had some copperslip on.
