Does a 2 piece 2.0 Blacktop sump fit with no mods under a 2.0 Silvertop?

Nope - but it will fit with a few modifications .

I havent tried it, I did things the other way round, silvertop sump on blacktop.

The big difference is the Main bearing caps, these are deeper on the silvertop by about 15mm, the silvertop has the tin windage tray, the cast part of the blackie sump comprises the windage tray, the oil pickup pipe is also different.

I think you would have a lot of grinding to do to get the cast bit to clear the crank and main caps.
