hi all, i have cbr600 bike carbs and would like to see if there, are blanced, but if they are not blanced how do i adujust this? is there a screw and where is it?

I know you've probably already got it, but there's the workshop manual for the carbs on my webspace HERE

i can not open that file, what software is need? and where can i get it from for free?

There tends to be 3 screws inbetween the carbs if you look from the side that houses the slides with the black plastic covers.
These screws are all in line left to right. I've no pictures sorry
