renault clio radiator?

Would this radiator be suitable? its from a 2001 clio sport, include fan etc, but there is that air con thing hanging off the side - can that be removed, is there going to be a problem using it if it supports the aircon?

Ive got one like that in the garage. Its a bit to big for a book locost but may go in a roadster if its a bit wider.

They use that rad in lots of renaults. Mine hasnt got the air con thing.

Ive got a clio sport track car,with a radiator like yours,Ive removed the aircon rad to help get a bit of extra air through the rad,and save a bit of weigh,the radiator still works fine without it
